Top Quality Roof Repairs In Erwin, TN
We received a call from the owner of an apartment complex in Erwin, TN, regarding an active roof leak above the stairwell and missing soffit from a previous windstorm. After inspecting the roof, we identified additional leak points above the stairwell.
Residence Roofing & Restoration, LLC replaced 4 sheets of water-damaged roof decking, repaired 3 rafters, and correctly flashed the valley tie-ins. We also installed new shingles and modified roofing in the valley. To complete the repairs, we added a Black Drip Edge accent to the sloped roof line eave for proper flashing.
The roof and soffit repairs were completed within one week of the inspection, ensuring that the apartment complex was fully protected.
