Top Roof Replacement Services in Roan Mountain, TN

We recently completed a roof replacement project in Roan Mountain, TN, and we’re excited to share the details!

The homeowner contacted Residence Roofing and Construction, LLC, after experiencing roof damage from severe weather conditions the previous month. A HAAG inspector from our team thoroughly assessed the property to identify all damages.

Following the inspection, we arranged a meeting with the homeowner and their insurance adjuster. During this meeting, we presented the findings of the inspection, which revealed significant wind damage to the roof.

The homeowner decided to proceed not only with the main roof replacement but also to include the detached garage roof. The detached garage required special attention due to the presence of skylights that needed to be reflashed.

Once the insurance company approved the roof replacement, the homeowner selected Atlas Pinnacle Pristine shingles in the color Pewter.

We were thrilled to complete the roof replacement promptly, meeting the homeowner’s need for a quick resolution. The results of the project are fabulous, and the homeowner expressed great satisfaction with the work done.

We are proud to have helped another wonderful customer restore their home. If you or someone you know is in need of roofing services, please feel free to reach out!
