Roof Repairs To This Beautiful Home In Erwin, TN

We received a call from a homeowner in Erwin, TN, who was experiencing two active roof leaks. Upon our inspection, we found that the home had two flat areas of roofing—one above the kitchen and one above the master bedroom. Both areas had active leaks caused by improper materials and backtracking slopes.

To provide a proper and permanent repair, Residence Roofing & Restoration, LLC rebuilt both roof lines to create a 2/12 pitch, ensuring proper water runoff into the gutters. We installed a drip edge with a self-adhering double-ply base sheet running 6″ up the side wall of each roof line. Then, we added a granulated self-adhering base cap running 6″ up the sidewall. We also installed kick-out flashings at the bottom of each roof slope to prevent water from getting between the gutter end cap and siding.

The proper roof repairs were completed, ensuring the home is now protected and the roof is fully functional.
