Our Work >> Tennessee Transformation: Piney Flats Roof Replacement Project

Recently, we had the opportunity to complete a significant roof replacement project in Piney Flats, Tennessee. The homeowner reached out to us at Residence Roofing & Restoration, LLC following an unfortunate incident where a tree fell in front of their house. Here’s a detailed overview of the process and results. The homeowner contacted us after the tree damage occurred. Our HAAG certified inspector conducted a thorough evaluation of the property. The inspection revealed extensive damage to a large portion of the roof and surrounding areas.

We worked closely with the homeowner and the insurance adjuster. During our meeting, we presented the findings from the inspection. This collaborative effort ensured that all damages were accounted for in the insurance claim. Following the approval for the roof replacement, we got to work. The damaged frame was repaired to ensure structural integrity. Additionally, we addressed a drafter that had been affected by the tree impact. For this project, we chose to install Atlas Pinnacle Pristine shingles in the color Pewter. This roofing material is known for its durability and aesthetic appeal.

The completed roof replacement has transformed the home. The new roof not only enhances the appearance but also provides better protection against the elements. We are thrilled to have been part of this roof replacement project in Piney Flats. The collaboration with the homeowner and the insurance team made for a smooth process, and we take pride in the stunning results achieved.
