Incredible Interior Repair Project in Kingsport, Tennessee

In this project, Residence Roofing & Restoration, LLC completed interior repairs for a homeowner in Kingsport, Tennessee. After experiencing water leakage in the living room, the homeowner sought our expertise to address both the roof and interior damage.

The homeowner reached out to Residence Roofing & Restoration, LLC after noticing water damage. We started by replacing the damaged roof, which was the source of the leaks.

After the roof replacement, our team conducted a thorough inspection of the interior to assess the extent of the damage. We met with the homeowner to discuss our findings and develop a comprehensive repair plan.

We first installed new insulation to prevent future issues and improve energy efficiency. Damaged sheetrock was removed and replaced to restore the integrity of the walls. We applied compound mud to finish the ceiling, ensuring a smooth and even surface. Finally, we painted the living room, giving it a fresh and updated look.

The homeowner was extremely pleased with the results. The roof replacement not only solved the leakage issue but also enhanced the overall appearance of the home. The interior repair left the living room looking brand new, with updated paint and restored walls.
