Amazing Roof Replacement in Johnson City, Tennessee, Covered By Insurance

We recently completed a roof replacement project at a residence in Bluff City, TN. The homeowner was facing issues with their flat roof, which was holding water and causing damage to the front of the house. After careful assessment, we proposed a solution that involved removing everything and installing rafters to create a brand-new overhang roof.

The flat roof on the homeowner’s property was not properly draining water, leading to water accumulation and damage. This issue needed immediate attention to prevent further deterioration of the property.

To address this, our team decided to remove the existing flat roof and install rafters to create an overhang roof. This new design would allow water to run off smoothly, preventing pooling or accumulation. Additionally, we installed a standing seam metal roof, which offers durability and longevity.

The project began with the careful removal of the old flat roof. Our experienced team took all precautions to ensure a smooth, efficient process. Once the old roof was cleared, we installed rafters to create the new overhang roof structure.

With the overhang roof structure in place, we proceeded to install the standing seam metal roof. This roof is known for its exceptional durability and resistance to harsh weather conditions. The installation was carried out with attention to detail to ensure a seamless, aesthetically pleasing result.

Upon completion, the homeowner was thrilled with the results. The new overhang roof design solved the water accumulation issue, preventing further damage to the front of the house. The installation of the standing seam metal roof not only provided a durable, long-lasting solution but also enhanced the home’s appearance.
